उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ से एक चौंकाने वाले खुलासे में एक सरकारी अधिकारी की बेटी जघन्य सामूहिक बलात्कार का शिकार हो गई। इस घटना ने पूरे देश को झकझोर कर रख दिया है, जिससे फिर एक मासूम लड़की पर हमले और क्रूरता की भयावह कहानी बहुत दिनों बाद फिर से उजागर हुई है!
संक्षेप में अपराध:
रिपोर्टों से पता चलता है कि अपराधियों ने सावधानीपूर्वक अपने अपराध की योजना बनाई, लड़की का अपहरण किया और उसे सात घंटों तक शहर में घुमाया। लड़की की चीखें अनसुनी हो गईं क्योंकि हमलावरों ने तेज़ संगीत के साथ उसकी चीखें दबा दीं, जिससे यह वीभत्स कृत्य और भी भयावह हो गया।
सात घंटे चली जिंदगी की जंग :
इस कठिन परीक्षा के बावजूद, बहादुर पीड़िता ने अपनी गरिमा की रक्षा के लिए ७ घंटे लड़ाई लड़ी। उसने हमलावरों का विरोध किया, जिन्होंने शारीरिक हिंसा का सहारा लिया और उसे शराब पीने के लिए मजबूर किया। यह दर्दनाक दरिंदगी आखिरकार मुंशीपुलिया के पास खत्म हुई, जहां अपराधी उसे कार से बाहर फेंककर भाग गए।
घटना का विवरण :
घटना 5 दिसंबर को किंग जॉर्ज मेडिकल कॉलेज यूनिवर्सिटी के पास सामने आई। एक सरकारी अधिकारी की 18 वर्षीय बेटी कॉलेज जाने के बाद मेडिकल चेकअप के लिए टैक्सी से केजीएमयू गई। उसे क्या पता था कि यह नियमित यात्रा एक दुःस्वप्न में बदल जाएगी।
इस प्रकरण में, छात्रा ने बहुत ही अजीब तरीके से अपने मोबाइल को चार्ज करने के लिए एक चायवाले को दिया जब वो वहां चाय पी रही थी,
जब छात्रा डॉक्टर ने अपना चेकअप पूरा किया और वापस लौटी, तो उसने सत्यम से मोबाइल मांगा। सत्यम ने बहाना बनाया और दावा किया कि वह एंबुलेंस में चार्ज के लिए लगाया था और उसके साथ ही चला गया है!
जब मोबाइल पर कॉल किया तो पता चला कि एंबुलेंस डालीगंज पहुंच चुकी थी, जो कि बहुत ही दूर था। सत्यम ने इसे ई रिक्शा से आईटी चौराहा ले गया और वहां से एंबुलेंस से मोबाइल लाकर छात्रा को दिया।
सत्यम ने अपने साथियों, “मोहम्मद सुहैल और मोहम्मद असलम” को कार से बुलाया और छात्रा को घर छोड़ने के बैठा लिया ! सत्यम के साथी गाड़ी को फैजाबाद रोड की गलत दिशा में ले गए तो छात्रा ने शोर मचाया. फिर आरोपियों ने उसे डरा धमकाकर सफेदाबाद तक घुमाते रहे और कार में ही बारी-बारी से दुष्कर्म किया.
यह भयावह यात्रा सात घंटे तक जारी रही, इस दौरान अपराधियों ने अपने जघन्य कृत्यों के स्पष्ट वीडियो भी रिकॉर्ड किए। पीड़िता रात करीब 12:30 बजे मुंशीपुलिया के पास धक्का देकर भाग निकले. मुंशी पुलिया पहुंचकर छात्रा ने अपनी सहेली को कॉल किया. सहेली उसे अपने साथ घर ले गए.
घर पहुंचने पर पीड़िता के परिवार ने उसकी हालत देखकर सदमे में आकर इस दर्दनाक घटना की जानकारी पुलिस को दी। वजीरगंज पुलिस की त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया के कारण आरोपियों के खिलाफ सामूहिक बलात्कार और अपहरण जैसे गंभीर आरोपों के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया।
पुलिस की कार्यवाही :
एफआईआर के कुछ घंटे के भीतर सत्यम और उसके 2 साथियों को दबोच लिया गया. सत्यम सीतापुर रोड ताड़ीखाना रहीमनगर का निवासी है. जबकि दूसरे आरोपी मोहम्मद सुहैल महल बाजारखाला और मोहम्मद असलम अनवर विला टूड़ियागंज का रहने वाला है. पुलिस टीम ने मोबाइल लोकेशन, कॉल डिटेल और सीसीटीवी फुटेज के जरिये आरोपियों को धर दबोचा!
